The competence gained in this study unit relates to describing business operations as a whole, comprehending the significance of each element and the relationships between them as part of a customer-oriented business. This competence is based on analysing business operations and processes. Students learn about the principles of financial administration, law and logistics, and can recognise the importance of ethical values, trust and responsibility in business. |
