The students will be able to

• product and service development process
• marketing products and services in B-to-B and B-to-C markets
• sale and distribution channel solutions
• creating and developing customer relationships
• cost calculations
• pricing models
 
Description
  The competence gained in the study unit is the skill to develop and productise financially viable products and services, and to market and sell the productised solutions. Competence is based on researching and anticipating customer needs and market situations, and understanding the importance of customer-oriented operations.

  Business Operations and Processes or equivalent knowledge.
