| Description |
| |
Students understand that all business operations must be based on strategic choices. Their competence is evident in that they can make strategy-based decisions and plan and organise operations in practice. Students create a strategy implementation plan based on an analysis of the current situation, which is then used to develop the company’s operations in the desired direction. The plan also includes business control and monitoring systems. |
