The students will be able to
  • evaluate and develop their leadership competence
• implement an HR strategy which supports the business strategy
• plan HR processes in line with an organisation’s needs
• manage and control an organisation’s performance using the balanced scorecard
• know the legal responsibilities related to leadership
• lead groups and teams and manage or coach work groups
• plan and implement a change process
• solve various problems encountered by work communities
• evaluate the ethics of leadership
• identify the major issues related to corporate social responsibility
• apply competence and work community development methods

Description
  Students deepen their competence in the main areas of HR management. They gain competence in the active development of their own leadership skills and in managing and implementing change processes.
 
Prerequisites
  Responsible Leadership in a Work Community or equivalent knowledge.
