The students will be able to
	• apply contractual information and interpret and amend contracts • create alternative contractual solutions, presenting and justifying them • act in legally correct ways in marketing and customer relationships • act in accordance with good business practice towards various stakeholders • select the most appropriate security out of a range and understand the legal significance of debt-related securities • use legal methods to solve conflicts • act in accordance with communication and data protection legislation

	• contractual principles and managing contract risk • rules of trading in tangible assets and consumer protection • concepts related to real estate trading • immaterial rights, copyrights and data protection • competition legislation and distribution rights • organisation, operations, decision-making and responsibilities of associations • debt obligations and securities • liability for damages • reorganisation and bankruptcy • institution and processing of disputes in a district court, and the implementation of verdicts
