The competence gained in the study unit relates to forming a concept of the diversity of work communities and employees. Students participate actively in creating a renewing, encouraging and healthy work community. They learn to work in accordance with an organisation’s strategy, developing their own and the work community’s abilities to respond to changes in the organisation. They can in assess the ethics of a business and develop practices to be ethically, economically, socially and environmentally sustainable.
