• sale of movables and consumer trade, electronic contracts, standard contracts, international contracts, commission and service contracts and basics of IT legislation
• system of marital property, marriage settlement agreement, obtaining a divorce, execution of partition, child’s position, central juristics of inheritance and testament legislation
• real estate acquisition, tenancy and real estate data system
• Swedish language, especially juridical language, central structures and vocabulary

| Description |

Student forms an overall idea of basics of law of obligations, law of property and family and inheritance law. Student gets familiar with basic doctrines of contract law and especially with special con-tract law and interpretation and supplementation of contract.
Student knows the concepts of real estate law and the systematics of land laws. He/she knows the regulations and legal practise of real estate acquisitions. Student understands the legal effects of legal confirmation of possession and mortgage registering.
Student forms an overall picture of family property law and legal consequences of marriage and other relationships for mutual position during the relationship and after it has dissolved. Student also knows the regulations concerning children in divorce situations. In addition, student studies systematics of inheritance and is familiar with order of succession, estate administration and distribution of an estate as well as central concepts of regulations concerning testaments.
Swedish as an official language part focuses on developing practical spoken and written language needed in working life. This part emphasis developing the juridical Swedish language proficiency.
