Student is able to form an overall picture of substantive content of criminal law and criminal procedure, civil procedural law and execution proceedings.
Student achieves an overall idea of the content of criminal law, penal concepts and sanction system. Student gets familiar with proceedings, judgement and procedural provisions of civil and criminal cases and gets practice in applying them. Student is familiar with common principles and concepts of procedural law. Student is familiar with beginning of lis pendens, proceedings, judgement provisions of cases and gets practice in applying them.
Student forms an overall picture of recovery proceedings and its public authority organisation and the related sets of provisions. Student studies the grounds for execution and understands legal conse-quences connected to them. Student is familiar with common principles of execution proceedings as well as with central regulations connected to levy of execution and enforcement of child’s right of custody and visiting rights. In addition, student gets familiar with sources of law and principles of law of execution in international legal relationships.
