Description
  Mentoring includes an idea that an experienced person shares his/her know-how with young professionals who are starting their careers. During this study unit a personal mentor from working life is sought for students (8-12 student per group) for 1 -2 years. Student meets the mentor regularly and gets support regarding him/her pro-fessional growth and development. Student and mentor groups meet with the person in charge of the study unit regularly and discuss current and common matters connected to working life. Student keeps a learning diary about his/her development throughout the mentoring.
