During this study unit student strengthens his/her competence in business marketing and communication skills. Student knows the importance of positive business image for company and can build business brands. Student is familiar with the importance of company’s identity and business culture in developing customer-based opera-tions and is able to design and implement an effective internal and external marketing and communication plan for different interest groups. Student can use in various ways marketing research for types of business operations analysis and for developing business operations. |
