| The aim of the studies is that the student gets both theoretical and practical competence for acting in tasks connected to legal aid, court of justice and prosecutor’s office and for assisting tasks in execution officer and with bailiffs. In addition, the studies give competence to act in positions in public and private sector which require juridical expertise.
Student achieves good knowledge of central statutes which are in force in different environments, is able to find proper legal norms for legal problems and adapt them justly according to the extent the work task requires. |
